The venue combines several function rooms with an indoor sports court, making it suitable for a range of events from seated dinners to active gatherings. The Callerton Suite is the largest function room, situated in the main building. Measuring 10.08 metres by 21.15 metres, it can seat up to 200 guests with a standing capacity of 250. It accommodates 45 square tables or can be arranged with round tables. The adjacent sports court can be hired alongside this suite to set up bouncy castles or football goals. The Belsay Suite is the second largest function room, measuring 11.3 metres by 13.6 metres. It seats up to 150 guests with a standing capacity of 200. Twenty long rectangular tables are available within the room and can be arranged as buffet tables. The Amble Suite measures 8.2 metres by 14.8 metres and seats up to 80 guests, with a standing capacity of 120. It features 23 square tables as standard, with the option to upgrade to round tables at an additional cost per table and cloth. Guests also have access to a rear patio from this suite. The Indoor Sport Court is available for hire on an hourly basis and has a capacity of 50. Prepayment is required, and the courts are not heated.
