1970s Milieu by DPS is a creative venue located in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood on the Lower West Side. The space is defined by a retro 1970s aesthetic, incorporating vintage-inspired décor such as wooden shelving, board games, and statement wall signage alongside contemporary comforts, resulting in a warm and characterful atmosphere suited to a variety of gatherings. The venue operates as a whole-venue hire and can accommodate up to 50 guests for standing events, up to 20 in a boardroom configuration, up to 15 in a U-shape arrangement, and up to 6 guests for dining. It is suited for small events, creative productions, meetings, and social gatherings. In keeping with its location in a residential neighborhood, the venue observes a noise policy: music must be kept at conversational levels and turned off by 10:00 PM. DJs, live bands, and amplified music are not permitted.
