Alserkal Avenue

Alserkal Avenue is an independent arts and cultural destination located in the Al Quoz industrial area of Dubai. Originally a complex of industrial warehouses, it has been transformed into one of the region's most dynamic creative districts, fostering the arts, entrepreneurship, and cultural exchange. The architecture preserves its industrial roots through minimalist design and expansive, adaptable spaces that lend the venue a distinctive, eclectic character suited to a wide spectrum of events.

Alserkal Avenue supports flexible catering arrangements, offering in-house catering with special menus, the provision of alcohol, and the option to bring in external caterers — giving event organisers full control over the food and beverage experience.

The venue comprises several distinct spaces. The Yard is an open-air area of 369 m² accommodating up to 369 guests for cocktail receptions. A1 Space is a 520 m² warehouse capable of hosting up to 300 guests in a cocktail format. Warehouse 13 is a versatile special venue that seats 120 in a theatre arrangement or 200 for cocktail events. Warehouse 46 covers 200 m² and accommodates up to 150 guests in a theatre layout. Jossa is a 247 m² special venue (15.9 × 15.6 m, 5 m ceiling height) with capacity for 100 in theatre style or 150 for cocktails. Concrete is an additional special venue available on-site.

The technical infrastructure at Alserkal Avenue is comprehensive. On the audiovisual side, the venue offers high-speed internet, professional sound systems, wireless, handheld and lapel microphones, projectors and screens, and LED displays and video walls, all supported by on-site technicians. Lighting capabilities include stage lighting with spotlights, floodlights and gobo projectors, ambient uplighting with colour-changing LEDs, dimmable controls, and special effects enhancements. Staging options include modular and portable stage platforms, while décor and production support extends to linens, rigging and hanging points, portable walls, and the ability to configure temporary art galleries. A medical support team and dedicated security are also available.

Alserkal Avenue has no guest rooms, functioning purely as an event and cultural venue. Facilities on-site include accessible and valet parking, air conditioning, 24-hour security, CCTV, soundproof rooms, a business centre, wheelchair accessibility, an EV charging station, and VIP services. The venue is well suited to conferences, seminars, product launches, art exhibitions, fashion events, film screenings, concerts, corporate gatherings, and community-oriented cultural programming.
