Landhaus Zum Rössle (Rössle Veinau) is a family-run estate near Schwäbisch Hall: a traditional Swabian inn with multiple event locations and overnight accommodation. The house emphasises sustainability and regional sourcing, is a member of Slow Food Germany and works with local partners and its own game to deliver naturnah, high-quality dishes. It holds a Bib Gourmand and runs a detailed event programme with seasonal brunches and themed evenings. Guests stay in simply elegant, thoughtfully furnished rooms and buy regional produce from the on-site Hoflädle to take the Rössle experience home. Warm, inviting interiors blend traditional and modern accents across indoor and outdoor event spaces, including a summer garden, a winter garden and a historic event barn. Seating ranges from cosy dining rooms to garden pavilions; the estate is family-friendly with a playground and areas for open-air ceremonies. Chef Ernst Kurz Jr. leads the kitchen; after his training he spent 12 years in leading German and international gourmet restaurants and cooking at sea, bringing classical technique and international experience to local cuisine. Specialties include pan-fried Schnitzel, Rostbraten with Spätzle, crispy duck with seasonal sides, Rouladen and Sauerbraten, and regional game from the estate's hunt.
