Les Jardins de la Tour

Les Jardins de la Tour is a small, product-driven restaurant in Rossinière presenting cuisine as a celebration of nature, local producers and refined authenticity. The kitchen makes its own bread and many preparations in‑house; the couple reopened the house in early 2024 and earned 15 points in the Guide Gault & Millau Swiss Guide 2026. An intimate wood‑panelled dining room with a warming stove and a limited number of tables accommodates around twenty covers, while a sunny, sheltered terrace opens in summer, creating a cosy, warm and quietly refined atmosphere and allowing the team to run the place closely and personally. Modern French, product-focused cuisine prioritises seasonal ingredients with playful textures and creative pairings; two composed menus change with the market, can be adapted to diners’ needs, and the team works in close collaboration with nearby suppliers, treating each product with care and respect. Ludovic Garnier leads the kitchen and Christelle Huguenin manages the dining room; Garnier's cooking is inspired by fresh, local produce and techniques that highlight natural flavours. Specialties include Noirmoutier scallops with damasson foam; slow organic egg on pleurote sablé with Chasselas emulsion; house terrine of Landes duck foie gras; filet of beef with black truffle jus; Alpine perch prepared gravlax-style; and a truffled dark Maracaibo chocolate dessert.
