Pullman Dubai Downtown is a five-star hotel situated on Marasi Drive in Business Bay, Dubai, forming part of Accor's upscale Pullman Hotels brand. Canal 1 spans 659 m² and seats up to 216 in theatre style, while Canal 2 covers 472 m² with a theatre capacity of 162. The Marasi 1 & 2 combined banquet hall offers 302 m² for up to 92 guests, complemented by the standalone Marasi 3 (200 m², 60 guests), Marasi 2 (138 m², 48 guests), and Marasi 1 (138 m², 44 guests). The Main Hall functions as a bar and lounge space accommodating up to 150 for cocktail receptions or 100 boardroom-style. The Birdcage Bar can host up to 150 guests, and a Private Lounge Area is available for intimate meetings of up to 10 persons.

On the production and technical side, the venue is equipped with LED displays and video walls, modular stage platforms, and on-site AV technicians to support presentations, performances, and product launches. A security team and medical support are also available during events.
